RELIABLE PARTNER ON THE WAY TO EUROPE!

LatConsul Ltd. is a private company founded in 2003 that offers entrepreneurs trainings and individual consultations about management of EU structural funds projects. In 2004, the company became an accredited training centre that offers courses, seminars and business management consultations licensed and accredited by the Ministry of Education.

After seven years, LatConsul Ltd. became a stabile and recognizable company in the sphere of education for adults in Latvia that offers its clients relevant top-quality services.

Today the company can be proud of the offers range: business management consultations and corporate trainings, foreign language courses, interactive foreign language learning program Euro Talk (CD), a course for work safety specialists and fire safety course, financial management seminar, wine culture course, accountant’s course for beginners, practical project management course etc.

There are two books published: Quality management system and its development in services sphere by O. Kalejs (2004) and Handbook for entrepreneurs for working up and start up of projects “Attraction of European Union co-financing for the company development” (2007) that is a good help for realization of EU projects.

At the very beginning, the company had three employees. However, later the volume increased, and today there are about twenty employees.
We think about our clients and employees comfort, that is why in summer 2008 beautiful and modern premises were purchased in the center of Riga, on Raina Avenue.

LatConsul Ltd. is a years long member of The National Project Management Association of Latvia (NPMAL) and The Association of Business Consultants of Latvia (ABCL).

We have participated in ABCL research Tendencies of the staff management in Latvia for three times. In the result of the research, TOP 20 of the largest Business management and consultations companies is made. The results of the research in 2008 shows that LatConsul Ltd. is ahead of the field and ranks No 8.

In the autumn 2007, LatConsul Ltd. opened a Call center for successful cooperation with clients. Due to the successful work of the center and gathered experience LatConsul Call center offers telemarketing services to other companies.

Until today we have worked with more then 6 000 Latvian entrepreneurs, managers and employees – starting with small companies that have only few employees and ending with large and powerful Latvian companies (Latvijas Krājbanka JSC, Skonto Būve Ltd., Jelgavas Maiznieks JSC, Ventspils nafta JSC, Tele2 Ltd., Irve Ltd., Latvijas Gāze JSC, Jumava Ltd., Binders Ltd., NORD LB/Latvija JSC, Latio JSC, Latvijas Biznesa Banka JSC, Latvenergo JSC and others).

Our company is open to cooperation projects – there are numerous seminars given together with companies of different spheres, for example, a seminar for autonomous power representatives
“The conception of parking places in the frames of transport connection in Latvia” (2005) in cooperation with Hansab Ltd. and Europark Latvia Ltd. In parallel with local activities LatConsul Ltd. has gained great experience in international projects, for example, organization of Spanish trade mission in Latvia (2005) in cooperation with HEXACON CJSC (Lithuania).

Since the company specializes on seminars for EU structural funds projects development, we organize seminars Attraction of European Union co-financing for the company development. Lecturers from different professional organizations and companies are invited for the organization of these seminars. For example, from The Agency of investments and Development of Latvia, The Association of Business Consultants of Latvia, Guarantee agency of Latvia, SEB Bank, Governmental corporation “Latvijas Hipotēku un zemes banka” etc.

This practice is used for other LatConsul Ltd. teaching projects – seminars are given by the best specialists in the sphere, who use modern technologies, newest scientific achievements and present-day methods that guarantee the uppermost knowledge quality.
